Transportation Customer Expert

Responsibilities
- Handle truck and bus-related inquiries and complaints
- Support customers with truck breakdowns by creating cases in the CRM system
- Contact dealers/technicians or 3rd parties for assistance if necessary
- De-escalate concerns and propose solutions within set parameters or refer to 2nd/3rd parties
- Answer questions about customer service, technical, and product concerns, as well as general corporate matters

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need an excellent command of Bulgarian, good communication skills in English, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures. Previous experience with knowledge management systems and information research is preferred. Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is also beneficial.
