Η Admiral αναζητά καινούριο E-shop Manager, έναν visionary με τάση να οδηγεί την ομάδα μας στην κατάκτηση του διαδικτυακού χώρου.

Διαχείριση E-shop

  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής για το ηλεκτρονικό μας κατάστημα σύμφωνα με τους εμπορικούς στόχους της Admiral.
  • Επίβλεψη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας (παραγγελίες, αποθέματα, επιστροφές, logistics).
  • Καλύψιμη εμπειρία χρήστη (UX/UI, mobile-first περιβάλλον).
  • Διαχείριση καταλόγου προϊόντων (φωτογραφίες, περιγραφές, κατηγορίες, τιμές, προσφορές).
  • Συντονισμός με Marketing για τα marketing campaigns.
  • SEO/SEM optimization και παρακολούθηση οργανικής επισκεψιμότητας.
  • Συνεργασία με Developers/IT για τη λειτουργικότητα, τις αναβαθμίσεις και την ασφάλεια της πλατφόρμας.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS).
  • Reporting αποτελεσμάτων σε Διοίκησή μας με προτάσεις βελτίωσης.
  • Συντονισμός και συνεργασία με Marketing, Retail, Logistics και Finance.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε e-commerce ή digital retail management.
  • Άριστη γνώση e-commerce platform (Magento).
  • Εμπειρία σε SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων CRM, email marketing και reporting dashboards.
  • Ικανότητες project management, οργάνωσης και multitasking.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με cross-functional ομάδες.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον

  • Εμπειρία σε fashion/sports retail.
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία personalization & marketing automation.
  • Ικανότητα κατανόησης trends και consumer behavior στο digital.
