- Tιμολόγηση και ολοκλήρωση παραγγελιών προς παράδοση
- Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Picking προϊόντων για e-shop
- Παραλαβή και διαχείριση επιστροφών/αλλαγών
- Επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για επίλυση προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν
- Προϋπηρεσία σε e-shop (επιθυμητή)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση υπολογιστών (απαραίτητη)
- Καλή γνώση εφαρμογών ERP και Office Suite
- Εμπειρία σε ηλεκτρονικές πωλήσεις
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)
- Οργανωτικά προσόντα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και συνείδηση
Η θέση αυτή απαιτεί αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στην επεξεργασία παραγγελιών, την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και την επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα πρέπει να έχει εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες στις εφαρμογές ERP και Office Suite.
Ως μέλος του τμήματος e-shop, θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την αντιμετώπιση όλων των κτυπήσεων από τους καταλόγους πληροφοριών καθώς και οι ανάγκες πολλών στοιχείων εταιρικής άποψης από τις επιχειρήσεις μας.
