We are looking to hire a professional for a dynamic and fast-growing organization in Thessaloniki.

The successful candidate will work on a shift of 9:00 - 17:00, with non-fixed hours, at our offices in Thermi & City Center locations.

About the Role:

  • Sales Back Office Support: The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods, including preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients across Europe, providing excellent support throughout their contract lifecycle.
  • Data Entry and Document Management: Accurately record and manage electronic documents, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Timely Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Back Office position or Sales
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Able to perform under pressure and deadlines
