As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking for a talented and dedicated individual to join us as an:

Area Sales Manager in North Greece, 

In this role, you will be responsible for cooperating with local customers, developing sales opportunities, and providing exceptional support to our partners. By aligning your goals with Ferro Group's strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with local customers in the assigned markets, expand our customer base.
  • Analyze and assess the local market conditions to identify sales opportunities, both current and potential.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers by providing comprehensive support, including training, product presentations, logistics assistance, and technical support.
  • Address any customer satisfaction issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor competing markets, analyze market movements, and provide regular reports on market penetration and strategies.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, in line with Ferro Group rules.
  • Engage in networking activities to grow the presence and reputation of the branch and the company.

Our expectations:

  • a minimum of 3 years working in a similar position in sales, in a B2B environment,
  • experience in the sanitary, plumbing, or heating industry is desirable,
  • willingness to work autonomously in the designated region at the specialist level with business trips,
  • excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders at various levels,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset to overcome challenges and achieve sales targets,
  • inspirational approach to team, enthusiasm and personal commitment.
