
Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative

Delivering exceptional customer service to customers across the Nordic region is a key role within our Home Entertainment Systems Department. You will be at the forefront of providing support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer support in a Nordic language.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to home entertainment systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and product information.
- Effectively resolving customer complaints, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Guiding customers through product features and usage to enhance their experience.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a high standard of customer care.
Requirements for this role include:
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Interest in home entertainment technology and products.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
