Nordic Speaking Customer Support Opportunity

Delivering exceptional customer service to customers across the Nordic region is a key role within our Home Entertainment Systems Department. You will be at the forefront of providing support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer support in a Nordic language.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to home entertainment systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and product information.
  • Effectively resolving customer complaints, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Guiding customers through product features and usage to enhance their experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a high standard of customer care.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Interest in home entertainment technology and products.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
