About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with orders, accounts, products, or basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Native Portuguese speaker with English at a B2+ level
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to relocate if not already based in Greece
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is an asset
