Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with 4-5 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, React).
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
