About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Slovak language expert to join our business optimization team. As a key member of our department, you will work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with Slovak-speaking clients and assess their business software and CRM needs. You will then provide expert recommendations on how our solutions can streamline their operations and improve customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you must have fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) and strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and client outcomes. Previous experience in business software consulting, CRM systems, or a similar role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client business software and CRM needs through consultations.
  • Provide customized recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Support clients during software implementation and customization.
  • Develop training programs to ensure clients can effectively utilize software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Previous experience in business software consulting, CRM systems, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and client outcomes.
