Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native Czech Speaker: You must be a native Czech speaker with strong communication skills.
  • English Proficiency: You must be proficient in B2-level English for clear communication within an international team.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking to ensure that you are making accurate and fair moderation decisions.
  • Comfort with Sensitive Content: You must be comfortable dealing with sensitive or potentially disturbing content, and be able to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations.
  • Previous Experience: While previous experience in content moderation is advantageous, it is not essential for this role.
Working Conditions:

We offer a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits to support your well-being and success in this role. You will be working on-site in Thessaloniki, Greece, and will be required to work rotational shifts to ensure full 24/7 coverage.

  • Location: On-site in Thessaloniki, Greece.
  • Contract: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period.
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts, ensuring full 24/7 coverage.
Relocation Support:

We understand that relocating to a new city can be challenging, which is why we offer a range of relocation support services to help you settle into your new life in Thessaloniki.

  • Accommodation: We will provide 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival to help you get settled.
  • Relocation Assistance: We will assist you with securing housing, and provide up to EUR 350 for real estate support.
  • Assistance with Legal Documents: We will assist you with the required legal documents and processes to ensure a smooth relocation experience.
Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits to support your well-being and success in this role.

  • Salary: 14 monthly payments per year.
  • Meal Allowance: EUR 85 per month.
  • Transport Allowance: EUR 65 per month.
