We are a leading player in the Energy sector, seeking to expand our teams and recruit in Athens. The role will be based on managing, updating, and configuring digital product platforms while liaising with providers to resolve technical issues and optimize systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing digital product platforms and resolving technical issues
  • Collecting, processing, and presenting data related to product usage
  • Handling contract management and renewals with existing and potential partners
  • Recording user needs and proposing platform enhancements
  • Monitoring department expenses and registering invoices in the ERP system
  • Coordinating with the Learning team to develop training material for digital product platforms
  • Creating customer lists for win-back, retention, and saving offers
  • Developing sales scripts to support new pricing plans promotion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to create product specifications, coordinate testing, and ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Excellent writing & communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with suppliers and internal teams
