Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy TV shows and have excellent Swedish language skills. As a member of our team, you will be communicating with Swedish-speaking Netflix subscribers through chat and phone, providing support and assistance with various issues such as payment, streaming, and content.
Your role will involve troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and helping subscribers navigate the Netflix platform. If you have great communication and problem-solving skills, and are fluent in English, we would love to hear from you.
