This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are fluent in Polish and possess a strong service-oriented mindset. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, providing assistance with their subscriptions and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as previous experience in customer service, preferably in a subscription-based environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting are also essential.

Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Polish.

- Resolve Customer Complaints: Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Educate Customers: Educate customers about our subscription offerings and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality control.
- Fluency in Polish: Essential for this role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a subscription-based environment.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction essential.
