SAP Developer Position

This is a key technical specialist role that involves the full lifecycle of custom development and integration work across an internal SAP environment. The ideal candidate will own the design, coding, testing, and deployment of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW) using procedural and object-oriented ABAP.

The role will collaborate with functional analysts, external vendors, and key stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. It also involves participating in innovation projects on SAP BTP and managing technical activities for S/4HANA solution in collaboration with the SAP RISE team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and deploy RICEFW components using ABAP.
• Enforce RICEFW architecture, coding standards, and performance best practices.
• Define, build, and manage SAP roles and authorizations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and maintain interfaces using SAP CPI to connect SAP with internal and external systems.
• Participate in developing automation scenarios concerning ERP and peripheral solutions utilizing AI models.
• Collaborate with internal functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, apply patches and transports, and continuously improve system stability.
• Create clear technical specifications, user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Basic understanding of SAP systems and modules.
• Certification in SAP ABAP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is essential, and willingness to travel globally is a plus.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP modules and business processes is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP BTP, CAP, Fiori/UI5, or other cloud-native services is a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is a plus.
• Cross-module experience with SAP modules such as FI, SD, MM, PM is advantageous.
