Διεύθυνση Εφαρμογών Κειμενογραμμάτων

Σκοπός: Συντήρηση και διαχείριση των συστημάτων και υπηρεσιών που χρησιμοποιούν οι τελικοί χρήστες του οργανισμού.

  • Διαχείριση εξοπλισμού (PCs, laptops, smartphones).

  • Ανάπτυξη διαδικασιών εγκατάστασης και παραμετροποίησης μέσω εργαλείων.

  • Εγγύηση της διαθεσιμότητας και ασφάλειας των υπηρεσιών για τον τελικό χρήστη.

  • Καταγραφή και διαχείριση IT assets.

  • Αντιμετώπιση συμβάντων και επίλυση προβλημάτων.

  • Καινοτομία στο πεδίο της τεχνολογίας πληροφοριών.
