Technical Support Specialist

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are functioning correctly. This includes troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, as well as providing training and documentation to end users.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • User setup and administration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues
  • Provide first level support and training to end users
  • Monitor requests on our ticketing system (Jira) and resolve in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures
  • Set up and maintain all office IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners and mobile devices both Android and iOS)
  • Keep meeting room equipment functional at all times
  • Manage IT asset equipment

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Similar
  • Up to 1 year of related experience in Technical Support, IT administration or equivalent role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Familiarity with G Suite administration
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Basic networking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and patient
  • Punctual, committed, and willing to learn
  • Very good command of English language
