IT Workplace Engineer

PRIORITY is currently seeking to hire an IT Workplace Engineer in the industrial sector.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Plan, design, and implement IT solutions for the organization and end users in alignment with the organization's IT strategy, standards, and objectives.
  • Deliver precise technical troubleshooting and effective resolutions for complex IT issues.
  • Contribute to the research and evaluation of new technologies and tools to enhance IT efficiency and optimize the end-user experience.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users and IT support staff on IT systems and applications.
  • Document and update IT processes, configuration, and inventories.
  • Collaborate and contact with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT operations and workplace engineering.
  • Good understanding of the IT service operation and delivery framework.
  • Proficient knowledge in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Exchange, and other IT technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including antivirus, encryption, VPN, and identity management.
