Responsibilities:

Depending on the team that successful candidates will join, responsibilities may vary:
  1. Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales
  2. Guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions and provide resolution to inquiries in a timely manner
  3. Assist customers to place an order and related issues
  4. Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face and assist customers with account issues
  5. Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling frequently asked questions effectively
  6. Turn every customer into a happy customer
  7. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
  8. Enjoy your time in Greece
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services will be an asset
  • Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • An empathetic soul with communication skills that match
  • A positive and adventurous attitude
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
