Περιγραφή Θέσης:

Οι κύριες εργασίες περιλαμβάνουν την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, την αρχειοθέτηση και τα καθήκοντα αναφοράς του γραφείου.

  1. Συντήρηση της τηλεφωνικής γραμμής με προσεκτική διαχείριση
  2. Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου και ταχυδρομείων
  3. Αρχεία που πρέπει να ελέγχονται

Για αυτόν τον λόγο, estamos σε αναζήτηση μιας πρόσθετης προσθήκης στην ομάδα μας για την υποστήριξη των υπηρεσιών τηλεφωνικής γραμμής.

Ως εργαζόμενη/εργάτης, θα ενισχύσετε την απόκριση των πελατών, επιτρέποντας παράλληλη αυξήσει στις μονάδες τους.
