Optimize financial performance as a key contributor to the leadership team.

This is an opportunity to grow and develop in three crucial areas of finance: business partnering, controlling, and forecasting. As a factory controller, you will be part of the Rentis leadership team and play an active role in shaping the site's future.

The controller provides critical financial support, making strategic decisions and driving cost optimization and savings initiatives to meet all relevant financial targets. The job scope includes delivering in-year performance, annual budgeting, providing forecast updates, and presenting results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Site Leadership Team to achieve financial objectives by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing value-adding solutions.
  • Accountable for delivering in-year financial targets across cost, waste, and capital expenditure, including ownership of the site forecast and weekly cost governance.
  • Drives long-term strategic planning for the site, guiding the leadership on key value items.
  • Co-develops and implements cost-saving initiatives with Operations.
  • Provides analytical support for line and area prioritization based on production costs, OLE losses, and waste data.
  • Manages month-end and year-end financial closing, reporting, and accounting activities in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Ensures execution of robust on-site financial controls, including those related to inventory, fixed assets, and balance sheet integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Finance, with a strong background in Controlling; Factory or Supply Chain Finance preferred.
  • Fluency in Greek & English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong governance and prioritization frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capability to quickly absorb new information and apply advanced techniques, technologies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
