Electromechanical Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the entire building infrastructure and facilities of our company.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Monitoring the proper operation of electromechanical equipment and installations, including electrical systems, cooling and heating systems, fire safety systems, hydraulic and drainage systems, and lifting equipment.
  • Performing preventive maintenance on the aforementioned installations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with external partners for maintenance and technical works.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in electromechanical equipment and building infrastructure.
  • Ensuring that fire protection installations are functioning correctly and participating in emergency response teams.
  • Coordinating incident management activities to maintain smooth operations.

This is a 5-day rolling schedule position, Monday to Sunday.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • A valid license to practice as an electrician or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a service technician.
