We are looking for talented individuals with strong Russian & English skills to join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece. After relocating to Athens, you will be part of a strong team reviewing and categorizing social media commercial ads, and moderating business content to create a better user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and categorize social media content according to specific guidelines.
  • Ensure that all uploaded user information complies with client policies.
  • Make informed decisions as an advocate for the online community.
  • Deliver high-quality experiences for both people and businesses.
  • Apply content policies to digital content and execute handling procedures consistently.
  • Provide assistance via chat, email or phone depending on the project.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
  • Follow established company and client procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Russian
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications and MS Office
  • Solid teamwork and collaboration skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
  • Positive attitude and desire for continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media or Customer Support is an advantage
