We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Trader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies, monitoring energy markets, and communicating with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize returns on investments.
  • Monitor energy market trends and dynamics to inform trading decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with brokers, counterparties, exchanges, auction offices, and other stakeholders.
  • Optimize existing data visualization applications and build new ones.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports.
  • Oversee budget calculations and cash flow monitoring.
  • Handle financial reconciliation.
  • Prepare and deliver PnL and KPI reports.
  • Monitor updates in energy market regulations (Greek and EU).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in energy markets trading or analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
  • Master's degree in Economics or Energy will be considered a plus.
  • Trader certifications (Henex – Spot/Derivatives/Gas, EEX) will be considered an asset.
  • Strong background in data analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming and database skills, preferably in Python and SQL.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
