We are seeking a senior energy trader to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing trading strategies, monitoring energy markets, and communicating with stakeholders. The role involves analyzing market dynamics, forecasting energy demand, and optimizing existing data visualization applications.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in energy markets trading or analysis, a strong background in data analysis and machine learning techniques, and proficiency in programming and database skills, preferably in Python and SQL.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and results-driven mentality
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Mathematics is required. A master's degree in Economics or Energy is considered a plus.
