Cybersecurity Customer Service Expert

As a Danish-speaking cybersecurity professional, you will play a vital role in helping customers stay safe online. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email. You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that our clients receive top-notch assistance and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve technical issues and answer questions.
- Troubleshoot problems using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of antivirus software.
- Collaborate with the team to track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy in all interactions.
- Log cases on internal systems and stay up-to-date with client products and services.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in Danish is essential, while very good English skills are also required. Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a passion for customer service are necessary qualities for this role. Familiarity with current anti-malware and firewall products, as well as knowledge of networking technologies, is also desirable.
