Project Coordinator Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Marketing & Quality Control Department:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery of project targets and milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, monitoring expenditure against budget lines and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, supporting project leads to ensure effective project implementation and delivery.
  • Ensure quality reporting of project achievements, documenting best practices and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • Master's degree would be considered an asset.
  • Proven work experience in project management, preferably in the EU-funded projects sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide feedback, write reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral, and knowledge of a second language would be considered an asset.
