Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to offer a position for a Spanish Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant.

  • Deliver personalized consultations to Spanish-speaking customers regarding search engine optimization and online marketing strategies.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to enhance their online presence.
  • Educate clients on product functionalities and industry best practices to maximize search engine effectiveness.
  • Document all client interactions and gather feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and advancements in search engine technologies.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
