**We're looking for a skilled professional to join our finance team.**

A Financial Reporting & Consolidation Specialist will support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, working closely with accounting teams across the Group and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial statements and IFRS accounting principles. They will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and G-sheets, and have experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS
  • Assist in the preparation of Consolidation and IFRS adjustments
  • Prepare annual reporting packages
  • Work closely with the Accounting departments (Group, PL, RO, GR) to ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Address findings and implement corrective actions relevant to accounting and reporting
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Contribute to the preparation and audit of the annual financial statements of the Group and subsidiary companies
  • Assist in implementing and improving internal controls and reporting processes
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from management
  • Liaise with the external auditors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting or auditing
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and IFRS accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G-sheets
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment
