Responsibilities:
  • Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices regarding incorrect decisions related to copyright.
  • Update content on a popular social media platform to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Check received content and approve it for upload to social media, ensuring that it meets our content guidelines.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of customer products and services to provide accurate and helpful responses.
Requirements:
  • Hebrew language - Native or C2 level.
  • English language - C1 level.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good computer navigation and PC skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
  • Ability to follow a flexible schedule.
Benefits:
  • Base salary: 1450 euro paid monthly (14 salaries).
  • Permanent contract.
  • Lunch vouchers (85 euro net monthly).
  • Transportation allowance (65 euro gross monthly).
  • Additional Birthday PTO.

  • Relocation package: flight tickets to Thessaloniki, taxi transfer to hotel, 2 weeks hotel stay, assistance issuing hiring documentation (for candidates who have not worked in Greece previously), up to 350 euro gross for the real estate agency fee (for when they find their permanent accommodation).
