Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of digital content across our platforms. You will apply content policies meticulously, ensuring consistency in handling procedures and enforcing client terms of use. Your keen ability to discern nuances in digital communication will be instrumental in accurately moderating reports of abuse and inappropriate content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and moderate various types of digital content, including videos, news stories, images, and social media profiles.
  • Apply content policies to assess age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Participate actively in wellness programs and training sessions aimed at personal and professional development.
  • Adhere strictly to security measures, confidentiality agreements, and project requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Hebrew (reading and speaking).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a high level of empathy.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to political and social issues relevant to the Dutch market.
Work Environment:
  • 24/7 rotational shifts with approximately 3 nights of night shifts per month.
  • 8-hour workday and 40-hour workweek with 2 days off rotationally per week.
  • On-site location in Thessaloniki, Greece, with relocation package details available.
