Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Development Manager. This role is critical in identifying new market opportunities, expanding our presence, and closing existing market gaps with a focus on European trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets, particularly aligned with trends in Europe.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, together with the sales manager, to grow market share and increase revenue.
  • Analyze current market gaps and develop actionable plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales and Operations to ensure business opportunities are operationally feasible and efficiently executed.
  • Prepare business cases, forecasts, and presentations for new opportunities.
  • Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build strategic relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the paper industry.
  • Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in aligning commercial and operational goals.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with European business practices and market trends.
