Job Description

This position reports directly to the Professional Services Department team leader. Your main responsibilities include:

Providing technical support services to the customer base and performing deployment and configuration tasks on new and active system installations.

Operating as part of the team that analyzes and develops new features and functionalities, contributing to the application's development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

Hold a degree in Computer Sciences or a similar field.

Have at least one year of experience in supporting software applications.

Possess basic SQL knowledge (scripts, views, etc.)

Be able to participate in a software deployment team, capture customer needs, and prepare realistic deployment time-plans.

Be creative, results-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

You should also be keen on solving problems, inspiring, and sharing your knowledge and passion for improving quality.

Bonus points if you have experience in the Graphic arts or printing industry

Your day will include:

First & Second Level Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues.

Manage and maintain SQL Databases. Create SQL scripts and views.

Analyzing customer needs, associating them with product features.

Provide feedback to the product's software development team for new features and bug fixing.

Provide deployment and configuration services, either remotely or on customer site.
