Job Description

As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations of benefits programs, ensuring accurate documentation and eligibility tracking, as well as providing guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries.

Additionally, you will liaise with external providers to ensure service level agreements are met, changes are implemented smoothly, and escalated issues are addressed. You will also assist in implementing employee programs such as summer camps, long service awards, and other benefits-related projects, ensuring logistics and communication are handled efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to Compensation & Benefits or HR Administration.
  • BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis and tracking).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar) will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written).
