Επιθυμούμε να προσλάβουμε έναν ανερχόμενο Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό / HVAC Engineer για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας.

Οι αναρτήσεις των κατασκευών του κτιρίου μας θα επωφελούν από την εμπειρία σας στον τομέα της κοστολόγησης και διαχείρισης τεχνικών έργων, ιδιαίτερα στον τομέα αντλιών θερμότητας και κλιματισμού.

Σκοπός της θέσης :

  • Πραγματοποίηση αναλύσεων των έργων HVAC
  • Διαχείριση μηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων σε κτίρια, διαχείριση έργων HVAC, υδραυλικών και ενεργειακών συστημάτων
  • Αναζήτηση σχεδίων εκτέλεσης αποστολής και προσδιορισμού κόστους απαιτούμενων υλικών και εργασιών
  • Παραλαβή και καταχώρηση των εντολών πελατών/έργου, έκδοση απαιτούμενων εγγράφων καθώς και στοιχεία εργασιών & κόστους
  • Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές και παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξης των παραγγελιών
  • Συντονισμός και έλεγχος της εφαρμογής των μελετών των έργων κατασκευής, της προόδου των εργασιών καθώς και της τήρησης του χρονοδιαγράμματος του εκάστοτε έργου
  • Επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων κατασκευής των έργων
  • Απολογιστική κοστολόγηση των έργων
  • Έκδοση εβδομαδιαίων και μηνιαίων καταστάσεων παρακολούθησης των έργων

Προσόντα :

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ΑΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ (Κατεύθυνση Ενεργειακής)
  • Καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office 365
  • Καλή γνώση Autocad
  • Καλή γνώση προγραμμάτων της 4M (Fine, Adapt, Gcad)
  • Καλή γνώση προγράμματος ERP της Softone (όχι λογιστικές εργασίες)
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία κοστολόγησης και διαχείρισης τεχνικών έργων ιδανικά στον τομέα αντλιών θερμότητας και κλιματισμού
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου ή μηχανής
