As a Customer Expert, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to educate users on how to use and maintain our innovative smokeless products.

You will provide assistance with new purchases, communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, and track cases to ensure timely closure. Your goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction while representing our brand.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Slovenian. You should also have exceptional problem-solving skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
