Job Title

Responsibilities:

  • Creating Data Insights to Enhance Supplier Performance and Procurement Strategies
  • Ensuring Alignment with Internal Stakeholders
  • Maximizing Cost Savings through Bulk Purchasing and Process Efficiency
  • Driving Beyond-Cost Initiatives (Sustainability, Risk Management, and Innovation)
  • Promoting Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
  • Tracking KPIs (Cost Savings, Procurement Efficiency, Supplier Performance)
  • Leading Procurement Technology Adoption
  • Providing Executive-Level Reports and Insights
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering)
  • Significant Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management with Leadership Roles
  • Strong Leadership and Team-Building Abilities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Proficiency in Digital Tools and Systems Used in Procurement
  • Ability to Align Procurement Goals with Broader Business Objectives
  • Competence in Data Analysis to Drive Performance Improvements and Decision-Making
  • Knowledge of Regulatory, Legal, and Ethical Standards in Procurement
  • Experience with Supplier Risk Assessment and Contract Management
  • Track Record of Achieving Cost Savings, Efficiency Gains, and Supplier Performance Improvements
