We are seeking a Customer Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

As a Customer Expert, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat and email. You will track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and on time. You will also provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and on time
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
  • Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
  • Turn every customer into a happy customer
  • Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues

Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal skills in German
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Tech savviness
