A Customer Support Specialist is needed to engage with customers collecting loyalty points for online and in-store shopping.
The role involves handling incoming calls, managing back-office support efficiently, anticipating and addressing customer needs with accuracy and empathy.

Maintain accurate, complete service delivery in line with company standards.

Keep organized, up-to-date customer records and process documents.
Strong verbal communication with active listening.
Customer-oriented approach and flexibility to interact with diverse personalities.
Positive problem-solver with a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.
Monthly Salary: 1,150 EUR (paid over 14 months).
Performance Incentive: Monthly 10% bonus based on performance.
Meal Benefit: 3 EUR/day for the first year, increasing to 6 EUR/day after 12 months.
