Travel Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team, supporting customers in Germany and providing assistance with travel-related inquiries.
- The ideal candidate will possess fluency in German and English, as well as high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of experience in customer services.
- A strong ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge is essential for this role, as well as being computer savvy and able to relocate to Athens, Greece, and obtain work authorization quickly.
About the Role
This position involves answering incoming communications from customers, conducting research to provide answers to resolve their issues, and resolving customer issues before escalating them to the next level.
