At Lindian Village, Curio Collection by Hilton in Rhodes, Greece, we are seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Operations Manager. This pivotal role oversees all aspects of housekeeping, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

The Housekeeping Operations Manager will lead a team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service in all areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Conducting regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Managing and controlling inventory, ordering supplies as necessary while adhering to set guidelines.
  • Implementing efficient housekeeping procedures and policies, and ensuring staff is trained and committed to these standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and consistent guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office.
