Grocery Delivery Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Grocery Delivery Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our delivery services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients with grocery orders and delivery inquiries.
- Assist customers with product availability, delivery schedules, and other related matters.
- Document interaction details accurately in our CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in grocery or retail services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
