  • Υποστήριξη πωλήσεων
  • Εξυπηρέτηση Τηλεφωνικού Κέντρου
  • Αναζήτηση αγοράς και έρευνα
  • Αναζήτηση νέων πελατών - τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με νέους υποψήφιους πελάτες
  • Σύνταξη προσφορών-προτιμολογίων
  • Σύνταξη συμφωνητικών πωλήσεων
  • Προετοιμασία φακέλου πώλησης
  • Καταχώριση πελατολογίου στο σύστημα CRM

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στην υποστήριξη πωλήσεων σε call center
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
  • Χρήση προφορικού και γραπτού λόγου (Ελληνικά & Αγγλικά)
  • Μεθοδικότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Εξοικείωση με συστήματα CRM
