Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a BDR, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to clients, presenting service offerings, and closing deals through cold calling.

You will work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, strong cold calling skills, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.

A successful candidate will possess native-level Spanish and fluent English language skills, as well as a deep understanding of the LATAM market. Based in Athens, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a leading international company.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to clients
  • Presentation service offerings and close deals through cold calling
  • Identify client needs and perform upselling and cross-selling activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Strong cold calling and upselling skills
  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English
  • Based in Athens
