Key Responsibilities- Analyze social media metrics to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Monitor audience engagement and performance trends across various social media platforms.
- Create informative reports and presentations that summarize findings and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven social media strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and data analytics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of impactful social media campaigns based on data insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, particularly in social media or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting data findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
