Περιγραφή Θέσης Εργασίας:
  • Ελέγχουμε τα συστήματα επικύρωσης και αξιολόγησης, διασφαλίζοντας την δημιουργία και εφαρμογή σχετικών διαδικασιών και προτείνομενες βελτιώσεις.
  • Σχεδιάζουμε διαδικασίες για μηχανικές λειτουργίες.
  • Αναπτύσσουμε και βελτιστοποιούμε ροές εργασίας για τη βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας και της ποιότητας.
  • Αντιμετωπίζουμε προβλήματα σε υπάρχουσες διαδικασίες.
  • Εργαζόμαστε με εξοπλισμό και συστήματα ελέγχου (όπως αισθητήρες, αντλίες, κινητήρες κ.λπ.).
  • Διασφαλιζόμενης ασφαλείας και συμμόρφωσης με τους περιβαλλοντικούς και βιομηχανικούς κανονισμούς.
  • Συλλέγουμε και ανάλυζουμε δεδομένα για την πραγματοποίηση ενημερωμένων βελτιώσεων.
  • Συντάσσουμε πρωτόκολλα αξιολόγησης μηχανημάτων (IQ/OQ/PQ – Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification).
  • Εξέρχουμε έλεγχο ποιότητας εξοπλισμού, συστημάτων και εγκαταστάσεων (π.χ., HVAC, καθαροί χώροι, εξοπλισμός παραγωγής).
  • Διαδρομές δοκιμών και ανάλυσης δεδομένων για να επαληθεύεται ότι τα συστήματα λειτουργούν όπως προβλέπεται.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου ΤΕΙ / Δίπλωμα Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή Περιβαλλοντολόγου/χημικού Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ ή συναφές.
  • Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 2 έτη σε τμήμα παραγωγής ή συντήρησης βιομηχανίας (κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα φαρμάκων ή τροφίμων).
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στη δημιουργία σχετικών με το αντικείμενο, διαδικασιών, πρωτοκόλλων και αναφορών.
