1. Τεχνικές εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

  • Επιβολή διαρθρωτικών μέτρων στις περιπτώσεις που υπήρχε σφάλμα στην ανταλλαγή πόρων (pendings) στο SAP.
  • Εντοπή του τέλους ενεργών συνδυασμών Deals κατά την απευθείας κυκλοφορία για τη διασφάλιση της διαλειτουργικής λειτουργίας).
3. Επιδιόρθωση σχολίων και κατάσταση παραπομπής
  • Επισκόπηση και ανάλυση κρίσεων από πελάτες.
  • Διαλογή και αναδιαμόρφωση αυτού του περιεχομένου για την καταγραφή απόψεις των πελάτων.
