Latvian & Russian Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Experts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating users on how to use and take care of their devices, providing assistance with new purchases, communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand, and providing strong professional relationships with all partners while showing empathy at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Latvian and Russian
- Very good communication skills in English
- Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Resourceful, able to multitask
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
