Floor Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our team.

  • This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction on their assigned floors.
  • Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager, this position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in housekeeping, preferably with supervisory responsibilities. A hospitality or related diploma will be preferred. Computer literacy, strong written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee housekeeping operations for assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas, addressing issues and ensuring timely rectification.
  • Allocate tasks, supervise daily operations, and manage housekeeping staff on assigned floors.
  • Report any maintenance issues, room damages, or guest complaints immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.
