Junior Systems Monitoring Officer Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing various risks within our systems and products. You will monitor and evaluate client behavior, analyze reports, and take initiative to improve tools and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor system performance and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct reviews and investigations of client activity to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Work with other departments to perform daily duties and achieve common goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and economic developments to provide insights to the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work on a well-structured schedule, including weekends.
