About the Job:- Answer Microsoft business customers' inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Handle Microsoft business customers' issues through collaboration, resolution, or escalation
- Ensure key stakeholders and Microsoft business customers are up-to-date on issue resolution status
- Fluency in Hebrew
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Solid computer science or IT engineering background
- Helpdesk or system administration experience with exposure to medium to large businesses
- Technical knowledge and experience in Windows operating systems, local and wide-area networking, Microsoft productivity suite, directory services, and Active Directory
- A complete relocation package to Greece, including flight tickets, accommodation, and support with house searching
